Hello guys! My first food review for this blog. Hope you guys enjoy! (:

I believe a lot of Singaporeans heard of this restaurant called Porn's. Yes! The sexy Thai food restaurant opened by Pornsak, our local celebrity.It's initially opened as Pornsak misses food from his hometown, and till now they have a total of 4 outlet now. 1 more outlet coming soon! I visited the one at Liang Seah Street.

So now let me introduced what I had that night at Porn's!
Their cute design. An elephant's butt! 

Lemongrass drink! It's a super refreshing drink, with lots of crashed ice in it. 
Some oldies will say this drink is damn heaty, but I suppose the crashed ice brings down the heatiness!

Coconut drink. It's another refreshing drink too. But it's not heaty and in fact it's a thirst-quencher! 
It's really fresh and you can eat the coconut flesh. It's so soft that you poke it with the straw it will just fall off.
So it's like drinking those canned coconut juice that got the coconut flesh in it.
BUT IT'S TOTALLY FRESH! Amazing not?

Green Mango Salad! Greatly recommended! 
Y'know there's places whereby they use super sour mango for Mango Salad. 
In Porn's, on the scale of 1-10 and 10 being the most sour. I will give a 6. 
The sourness/ripeness will be just nice. Their peanut bits serving was good. 
If there's a lot of peanut bits, you will find it too overwhelming and covering the mango. Did yo notice they have the brown strips on top of the Salad? That's Fried Codfish Strips. Super fragrant and goes well with the salad. It's actually a snack.

Tom yum Goong Seafood. 
They have different Tom Yum Goong, like fish, prawn, chicken. For those who cannot take spicy food, you can choose your spiciness level! How awesome?
There's prawns, sotong, fish, tomatoes, etc. Do you realise the color of the soup is super clear?
Don't judge a book by it's cover, it's pretty spicy! 
All the ingredients used are super fresh. Authentic Tom Yum they serve! (Y)

Pad Thai! It's a must have food whenever you visit Thailand. 
But hang on, when there's Porn's why travel so far? 
The kway tiao is SUPERB! It's not those normal Char Kway Tiao's kway tiao. 
Super soft yet not easy to break. Soft and smooth.
Highly recommended!

Sticky Rice with Mango.
 The love of the night. The mango is super sweet! Sticky rice is warm. When you combine the mango and the sticky rice together and eat it, the taste is a combination of sweet and a little bit of salty. You can never imagine how wonderful the combination is. Totally fantastic! On top of the sticky rice will be a specialty coconut milk by their dessert's chef. Yummy!

Ambiance wise, I feel that lighting's good. Not too dim and not too bright. Their sun roof got a bind to cover up the sunlight in the afternoon and serves a good decoration purpose too. The cushion seats mount onto the wall is a good idea. As people can just place their things beside them on the cushion seats. The space between tables are just nice too. Great enough for people to walk pass. The toilet is clean, but a tad too small of tally. Because the ceiling's too low. 
In terms of service, their service crew did a great job in serving. Upon entering the shop, the staffs were all wearing a great smile and welcoming customers into Porn's. They answer to all my needs promptly even though there's a buzzing crowd in the shop. They are very alert to what you need, like to refill your plain water or clearing of plates. 

After viewing all those foods posted, do you feel like trying it out?
